HOW WE WORK

We have expertise in cohesive strategy development (the logical why), tactical implementation (the how), and resource development (the who, what, where, and when).

For your convenience, we offer three different ways of working together:

Advisory only services (Ad hoc, on an hourly basis)

Project work (Based on a phased scope of work, beginning, middle and end, with three incremental payments)

On retainer (Based on a long-term scope of work, usually at least 3 months, with scheduled monthly payments)

Every engagement begins with a free consultation to discuss your needs. If mutual interest is attained, the next step is negotiating a scope of work and payment plan, with a signed agreement laying out terms.
